Kolkata: Several Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders and workers had rebelled against the party and joined the BJP ahead of the West Bengal assembly elections. The TMC won a historic victory after the election results. In such a situation, the leaders and workers who have changed their lives have started coming back to the TMC. In fact, if you look at the report of a famous website, BJP workers are going from street to street and apologising to the people. Not only that, he is seen addressing the people with loudspeakers and saying, "He made a mistake in understanding the saffron, the BJP."

On the other hand, on the process of apologising to BJP workers, the party says, "CM Mamata Banerjee's move is behind it. She is 'threatening' BJP workers." According to a website, while tendering a public apology in Bolpur, the workers said, "The BJP had deliberately observed. But it is a fraud party. We have no other option but Mamata Banerjee. Another worker said, "I misunderstood the BJP. Now, we want to join the TMC again. After the Bengal assembly election results, the politics of change of mind has now begun."

In fact, former MLA from Domajur assembly seat in Howrah district and former Bengal minister Rajiv Banerjee, who joined the BJP just before the elections, also visited trinamool leader and party general secretary Kunal Ghosh's house last Saturday. Earlier, senior BJP leader Mukul Roy had re-joined the TMC in the presence of CM Mamata Banerjee on Friday.
