Bangalore: "The triumph of the BJP in the BBMP election is as true as the sun rising in the east," Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai remarked, expressing confidence that the BJP would win the next civic body poll in Bengaluru.
He stated, speaking at a special event held at the State BJP office, "The people of Bengaluru would undoubtedly vote for the BJP. We should inform the public about the government's efforts. Ours is an administration that follows through on its promises." He urged party members to go into the campaign with confidence.
"In every area, the state administration has demonstrated its responsiveness. 58 lakh people have benefited from doubling crop loss compensation, raising the pension under the Sandhya Suraksha Yojana, and providing pension for the physically handicapped and widows "he remarked as he recounted his government's accomplishments.
"Families of those who died as a result of COVID have been paid an ex-gratia of Rs1.50 lakh," Bommai said. "The state government has constructed 5 lakh houses, and the federal government has sanctioned 6.50 lakh houses," he added.
