Blake Lively just started a new company and used it to pay tribute to her late father and daughter! Betty Buzz is the name of Blake Lively's newest endeavor, which she named after her youngest daughter with husband Ryan Reynolds. If you missed it, the 34-year-old actress debuted her own brand of sparkling non-alcoholic mixers.. “Well, at least it’s not a celebrity alcohol? Meet @BettyBuzz mixers,” she tweeted.

While Blake was making a joke about Ryan's husband Reynolds, 44, who has his own aviation gin business, Ryan appeared to take the joke in stride. “Fortunately, they go well with @AviationGin. Coincidence? Conspiracy? He joined in, retweeting her initial post, "Hard to say." Ryan and Blake have three daughters: James, 6, Inez, 4, and Betty, 2 years old. They kept their third child's name a secret until Taylor Swift announced it in her song "Betty" in July 2020.

Besides from her daughter's name, the Gossip Girl alum's late father, Ernie Lively, was also an inspiration for the business. He died of heart problems in June at the age of 74. Blake noted in a press statement for her new business, "My father's name was Ernest Brown Jr., but he was known as Ernie Lively." When dad married my mother, [Elaine Lively], he took up his last name, and any success he or I have had has been under a different identity. So, while I worked hard to establish this firm, I wanted any success to be associated with a name that meant something to him. Betty was the name of his mother and sister. Ernie isn't the finest name for a mixer, either,” she said.
