New Delhi: BMW has released a teaser image of its new electric BMW iX3 EV SUV. The company is going to introduce the BMW iX3 in the market today i.e. on 14 July. This SUV will be the first such model in a new international electric vehicle, which will have a glimpse of models such as BMW i4 and BMW iNEXT in 2021. By 2023, BMW Group intends to market 25 electric models, more than half of which will be fully electric.

In the all-electric SUV, the company will deliver a 70 kWh battery, whose electric motor is capable of generating 270 bhp power and 400 Nm torque. BMW claims that once charged it will run for a maximum of 400 km. The SUV uses BMW's latest battery technology to make it compact with 150 kWh fast chargers. This means that it has the capacity to charge the battery up to 80 percent in 30 minutes. Nothing has been said about whether the BMW iX3 will be launched in India, but EQC, I-Pace and e-tron have confirmed for our market.

In the teaser of this vehicle, you can see that the new kidney grille has been given blue-chrome borders. A more aerodynamic bumper, side-sills with blue accents and special alloy wheels have been provided in the vehicle to extract maximum range from the powertrain.
