BMW Motorrad launched the new car in India. This is BMW M 1000 RR that launched in India. The bookings for the BMW M 1000 RR, which has taken the CBU (completely built-up) route to enter India, are now open at all the BMW Motorrad dealerships across the country. Priced at Rs 42 lakh (ex-showroom), the M 1000 RR is the first M model from BMW Motorrad to be introduced in India.

For your information let us share that based on the BMW S 1000 RR, the new BMW M 1000 RR is claimed to offer 'pure racing technology, high performance and exclusivity down to the last detail'. Designed for racetrack usage, the M 1000 RR employs the most powerful BMW Motorrad standard engine ever. It gets a new 999cc, water/oil-cooled, 4-cylinder in-line motor that belts out a whopping 212hp of maximum power and 113Nm of peak torque. The BMW M 1000 RR can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 3.1 seconds and touch a top speed of 306kmph.

However, here it is to be noted that the new BMW M 1000 RR is available in a couple of variants. There is a basic version and a Competition trim with the M Competition package. According to BMW Motorrad, the M Competition package transforms the bike into a weekend racetrack machine. Below are the prices (ex-showroom) of both variants.
