After the unveiling of the new R 18 M and R 18 Aurora at the Verona Motor Bike Expo, BMW Motorrad has expanded its famous R 18 brand. These motorcycles are the product of a partnership between BMW Motorrad Italy, its dealer network, and a few Italian customizers.

The M emblem is used to justify the athletic appeal of the BMW R 18 M, which was devised by Italian magazine LowRide and built by American Dreams. The motorcycle has a sleek appearance with few exaggerations, and it also incorporates elements from the BMW R 18 classic designs.

While the motorcycle's mechanicals and electronics have remained intact, the chassis, suspension setup, bodywork, and accessories have all undergone significant changes. The rider's weight has been reduced, and the riding position has been altered. "The bike should be easy to handle due to its significantly less weight and more compact and front loaded riding position," said Giuseppe Roncen, director of LowRide.
