Ghaziabad: Bollywood's famous choreographer and director Remo D'Souza is seen getting caught in the legal trap. Ghaziabad court has issued a non-bailable warrant against this noted Bollywood choreographer Remo D'Souza. He is accused of taking 5 crores and not paying back.

Choreographer Remo D'Souza has been accused of investing Rs 5 crore in 2016 by Satendra Tyagi, a resident of Rajnagar (Ghaziabad), to make a film called 'Amar Must Die', and also promised him Rs 10 crore to invest five crores. The victim Satendra says that now the condition is that neither he got five crores nor 10 crores. He wants his money back.

He filed a lawsuit in Ghaziabad against noted Bollywood choreographer Remo D'Souza. Now the court of ACJM VIII has issued a non-bailable warrant in the case filed in 2016 at Sihani Gate Police Station. Now after the warrant is issued, Ghaziabad police will have to produce Remo D'Souza in court. Let us tell you that in 2016, an FIR was lodged against Remo at a police station in Ghaziabad under sections 420, 406, 386 of IPC.
