Actually, the court has clearly said that 'no FIR will be filed in this case. Let us tell you that on the plea of ​​Parambir Singh, advocate Vikram Nankani presented his favor. What is the matter- Actually, Parambir Singh had filed a PIL in the Bombay High Court against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. Jayashree Patil had filed a petition against Anil Deshmukh. You all will know when the matter of Anil Deshmukh's 100 crore rupees recovery case is going on. In this case, apart from this case, three other petitions were also heard. Today the bench of Bombay High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice GS Kulkarni heard. During this time a CBI inquiry was ordered against Anil Deshmukh by the Bombay High Court.

At the same time, the Bombay High Court has given 15 days time to the CBI for preliminary inquiry, while deciding on the petition of lawyer Jayashree Patil. Let us tell you all that the CBI has to investigate the allegations made by former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in 15 days. Today the Bombay High Court has said, 'Anil Deshmukh is the Home Minister of Maharashtra. The police cannot investigate it objectively while being his home minister. Anil Deshmukh is alleged to have targeted the police officers, including suspended police officer Sachin Waje, to recover Rs 100 crore every month from Mumbai's restaurants and bars.
