The bench took cognizance that Navlakha had received similar relief in August 2018, when he took refuge in the High Court to dismiss the FIR lodged against him. His lawyer Yug Chaudhary told Judge Naik today that Navlakha has been relieved from his arrest since last year. During this time, he did not try to influence the investigation in any way. If they are given relief again, they will do the same.
