Audi has started accepting bookings for its upcoming 2022 Q7 facelift SUV. The three-row luxury SUV is poised to make a reappearance in India by the end of this month, with a new engine at its core.

The booking fee for the 2022 Q7 facelift has been set at Rs. 5 lakh. When the Q7 is released, it will be available in two trim levels: Premium Plus and Technology. The new Q7 will compete against the BMW X7, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Volvo XC90, and Land Rover Discovery, among others. Months after the Q5 facelift SUV came with upgrades, the second-generation Q7 facelift SUV will arrive in Indian markets. When the BS 6 emission regulations went into effect, Audi pulled the Q7 from the Indian market. The 2022 Q7 is currently being produced in Maharashtra at the Audi factory in Aurangabad. The SUV has begun to arrive at showrooms around the country ahead of its official debut later this month.

The facelift edition of the Audi Q7 will have visual upgrades on the outside as well as within the interior in its most recent incarnation. The front end will be updated to match the rest of the Audi Q series. New trademark daytime running lights, a reworked grille with a chrome frame, and Matrix LED headlights are all part of the package. A new bumper with wider air intakes has been added, as well as new alloy wheels. The Q7's rear lights will be modified LED taillights with chrome trim.

The most important and significant change in the Q7 facelift SUV is found beneath the hood. The SUV will be powered by a new 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged petrol engine linked to an eight-speed automated transmission. This engine is expected to have a maximum power output of 340 horsepower and a peak torque output of 500 Nm. It has a peak speed of 250 kmph and can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in less than six seconds. A standard Quattro all-wheel-drive system will be included in the Q7 facelift.
