Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is reciving rave reviews from the audience. Despite facing stiff competition from Uri and Thackeray, the magnum opus has managed to hold well in the weekdays. Film raked in Rs 4.75 crore yesterday and now stands with the grand total of Rs 52.40 crore

Notable trade analyst shared the box office collection of the film through Twitter. He wrote, #Manikarnika crosses ₹ 50 cr... Despite positive feedback, the biz is clearly divided: Some circuits holding well, some aren’t... Weekend 2 crucial... Fri 8.75 cr, Sat 18.10 cr, Sun 15.70 cr, Mon 5.10 cr, Tue 4.75 cr. Total: ₹ 52.40 cr. India biz” Analysing the current buzz, it can be expected that film will cross the Rs 60 crore mark by the end of its opening week at the domestic market. Apart from the Indian box office, the historical drama has done phenomenal business in the international market, where it has crossed $ 1 million marks.

The film also features Ankita Lokhande, Jisshu Sengupta, Atul Kulkarni, Danny Danzongpa, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi and Suresh Oberoi in key roles. The music of Manikarnika is composed by the terrific trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, while the lyrics are penned by Prasoon Joshi.
