Mumbai: Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu's 'Thappad' film's echoes may not have been heard as expected at the box office, but the film's story is being praised all around. It has been a week since its release and has not been able to recover the budget.

The seventh-day collection of the movie 'Thappad' was very less. The film collected an estimated 2 crores on the seventh day. In this way, looking at the collection of the film so far, 'Slap' earned 3.07 crore on the first day, 5.05 crore on the second day, 6.54 crore on the third day, 2.03 crore on the fourth day, 2.21 crore on the fifth day and 2.1 crore on the sixth day.

Taapsee Pannu's 'Thappad' has so far earned a total of 23 crores. The total release cost of the film is 30 crores. This includes the making of the film Rs 23 crore and the expenditure incurred in the promotion of the film Rs seven crore. Looking at the collection of the film, it can be said that the film has been far from extracting the budget.
