Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Petta has entered in its third week and the film is just unstoppable at the box office. Karthik Subbaraj directorial  released at the Box Office along with Thala Ajith's Viswasam, and both the films are doing extraordinary business. Petta has taken over a lot of films at the ticket windows. The mass entertainer is inching closer to Rs 250 crore mark worldwide.

 Noted business analyst Ramesh Bala shared the box-office collection of the film through Twitter. Petta has crossed Rs 150-crore mark in Tamil Nadu while in Chennai, the film has earned Rs 12.73 crore. Petta is not doing a good business only in India but also internationally. the film has collected Rs 3.54 crore in the UK at the end of 12 days of its theatrical run.  Ramesh Bala Tweet reads, 2-weeks total Chennai city gross#Petta - 12.73 CR#Viswasam - 10.22 CR Blockbusters!
