Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior has also shown its own strength on Monday after a tremendous performance in the opening weekend. Apart from this, the film benefited from the holiday of Lohri festival and earned double-digit. According to trade experts, Tanhaji has done a net collection of 13.75 crores on Monday, with the film's 4-day net collection has increased to 75.68 crores. Tanhaji released on 10 January had net collection of 61.75 crores in the opening weekend.
Film took an opening of 15.10 crore on Friday. The film's collections increased significantly on Saturday and Sunday. Apart from this, Tanhaji had collected 20.57 crores on Saturday, while on Sunday, collected 26.26 crores. It is worth noting that the film's collections are no less than that of Opening Day. This film by Ajay Devgan is showing its flux in single screen theaters with multiplexes. Particularly, the craze for the film is being seen in Maharashtra.
Apart from this, the film has been released on more than 3800 screens across the country in Marathi language along with Hindi. The same Tanaji - The Unsung Warrior is directed by Om Raut. The film depicts the story of Tanhaji Malusare, the army subedar of Shivaji Maharaj, who rescued the fort of Sinhagad from the possession of the Mughals. Currently, Tanaji was martyred in this fierce battle. In the same film, Kajol plays Tanaji's wife Savitribai, while Saif Ali Khan plays Udaybhan.
