A notification for recruitment to all departments of the state was issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). As per the notification issued, the posts of Assistant Engineers will be filled up. According to a notification issued by The BPSC, the first phase of interview has been held from June 25. State that a total of 1257 posts will be filled up. Bihar Public Service Commission Joint Secretary Shah Exam Controller Amarendra Kumar said that the admit card of the candidates appearing for the interview has been issued. Everyone has to fill in the prescribed proforma and bring all their documents together. He also said that the documents sought in the interview will also have to be brought along. A notification was also issued by BPSC in this regard which has given directions related to corona. You can view the notification on the official portal- bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Recruitments to be made in these departments:-
Recruitments will be made to 236 seats in Road Construction Department, 64 seats in Public Health Engineering Department, 31 in Small Water Resources Department, 284 in Water Resources Department, 122 in Building Department, 250 in Rural Affairs Department and 2 70 in Planning and Development Department.

Interest to be mentioned before interview:-
The notice from BPSC said that any candidate who wants to come for the interview will also have to give interest to the departments. In this, the candidates will have to decorate the 7 departments fixed in priority order. As per the rank of success in the interview, the order relating to BPSC will be recommended to the Government.

The high court had gone the case:-
After the results of the PT examination in this recruitment, some candidates had filed a petition in the High Court expressing dissatisfaction. Meanwhile, BPSC had also conducted the men's examination. The High Court then ruled in favour of the BPSC. The result of the men's was declared in 2020 and notification for the interview process was issued. The BPSC Secretary has clarified that the results will also be released soon after the interview.
