Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, Dimple Kapadia, Prateik Babbar will also be seen in the lead roles in the film. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are shooting the film in Benares. Both are shooting the song of the film at Raj Ghat on the banks of the Ganges.

In one shot of the song, Ranbir Kapoor is seen taking off his shirt. Alia Bhatt is seen wearing a white top and red shirt with long shrug and blue jeans. Ranbir Kapoor is wearing a military print shirt and denim jeans.
