Ingredients for making Bread Pakora Chaat-
Bread slices - 6
Besan - 2 bowls
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Green chilies chopped - 2
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Salt - as per taste

To make Chaat-
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Boondi - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - as per taste
Roasted cumin - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 3 tbsp
Bhujia - 1/4 cup
Plain salt - as per taste

Method of making Bread Pakora Chaat- To make Bread Pakora Chaat, first put gram flour in a deep-bottomed vessel and add other spices including celery, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, finely chopped green chili and add salt to taste. Now to make its batter, add water according to the need and prepare a thick batter. Now take the bread slice and cut it into triangular pieces. Now after this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, dip the bread slices well in the gram flour batter and put them in the pan for frying. Fry the bread pakoras till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides and they become crispy. Similarly fry all the bread pakoras. Now to make chaat, first of all finely chop the onion and tomato.

Now place hot bread pakoras in a plate and cut them in the middle. After this, pour curd as per taste over the pakoras. After this add red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, plain salt, green coriander leaves and other things. After this, add tamarind chutney and add tomato sauce. Put finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves on it. Then put boondi and salted bhujia on top. Take this delicious Bread Pakora Chaat is ready for you.
