Regarding this, Dr. Sahni said, "A woman knows her breast very well. For example, what is its size, etc. If any kind of unusual thing is seen during the investigation, then it should be investigated. The problem will be increased by avoiding the problem and after this, a woman will have to take long treatment with her. "

Doctor Sahni said Those women who have periods, they should decide one day in a month after 10 days of the beginning of the period and whose periods have been closed. Look at the left breast with the left hand and the right breast from the left hand, and if any unusual thing appears, like any kind of pain or any kind of secretion from the nipples, then check it immediately with the doctor

According to Dr Sahni, women who have crossed 40 years should do mammography once a year. Sahni said, "With this investigation, this disease is revealed at the time when you are not feeling any type of problem. If you ignore any type of lump it can take the form of cancer. Of course, this test is a little expensive but to avoid this, it is very important to be aware of awareness and self-examination. In this way, this disease can be detected without any medical examination and can be treated in a timely manner. During mammography, there is no danger of radiation.
