Melbourne: Australia's legendary bowler Brett Lee has questioned the decision to rest Pat Cummins after only two matches of the one-day series against India recently ended. Fast bowling leader Pat Cummins was in the Australian team for the tour of England in August. After this, he also played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL. He has been rested for the final one-day match under charge management, he will also not be a part of the upcoming T20 series.

Brett Lee said while talking to a media that it might not be his decision, he might have wanted to play, players usually want to play. He said that after two matches, he should not be tired. I have always found that the more matches I used to play in private, the better the rhythm was. Let us tell you that Australia lost by 13 runs in the third ODI.

Both teams will clash in the three-match T20 series starting in Canberra from Friday. Brett Lee is of the opinion that if a player is injured then he can be relaxed, but fit players should play as many matches as possible. He said that if I get a break-even for a week, whether it is a break in the tournament or I am given rest, then after that you have to get the rhythm again.
