They were planning a wedding. Both of them were convinced. But a tragic accident changed everything. One day, while coming from work, Anna Ledgar's car collided with another vehicle. The accident was so painful that Anna suffered several serious injuries to her body. She was taken to the hospital. Where family members were also present with boyfriend Greg Peters. Everyone was praying for her greeting, but her faith had something else.

Doctors said Anna would have to shift to ICU, her condition was deteriorating steadily. Anna had gone into a coma. Greg was extremely upset to know that he didn't want to lose Anna.
