Britney Spears has been in conservatorship for a long time. For a few weeks, the conservatorship of Britney is smashing headlines. The latest update about the case is that it has taken a dramatic turn this week. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny has decided not to suspend Jamie Spears from his central role in the legal conservatorship.

The decision isn’t much liked by Britney and say’s her father has controlled her life and career for 12 years. However, the judge’s opinions state that she would consider future petitions for his suspension or outright removal. The pop singer's lawyer, Samuel Ingham says, "My client has informed me that she is afraid of her father. She will not perform again if her father is in charge of her career." Mr. Spears has stepped down temporarily from last year's role, citing health reasons, and so his daughter has requested a temporary replacement, Jodi Montgomery. The judge approving the request appoints corporate trust management company the Bessemer Trust to serve as co-conservator.

However, the incredible pop star’s mother and Mr. Spears' ex-wife Lynne Spears has left contact with her daughter. She even says their relationship is so toxic and she shouldn’t be forced to obey her father's unreasonable demands. Ms. Spears' lawyer passes a statement saying, she had no ill will toward her ex-husband but thought it was "time to start fresh" and remove him.
