Earlier, there was a conflict between China and India in Galvan Valley. After which mutual tension between India and China was intensified. There is a lot of anger against China in India. The Border Road Organization is constantly working to lay a network of roads on the LAC. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh interacted with the Chief of BRO and other senior officials in South Block during which the ongoing projects on LAC and LOC were reviewed. Recently the BRO has constructed three new bridges in Leh, with the help of which the Indian Army has been able to easily transport the tanks to LAC.

According to the media report, the Chief of BRO, Lieutenant General Harpal Singh has provided all the information to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. He got information about all types of projects going on along the Line of Actual Control with China (LAC) and Line of Control (LoC) with Pakistan. According to the Defense Ministry official, this briefing lasted for more than an hour.

The Chief of BRO assured the Defense Minister to finish the construction project fast. He said that the Border Road Organization would in time end the ongoing projects on LAC and LOC. So that India's military strength can come in a strong position. He told that work is being done for these projects together with the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Transport.
