Noida: In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the sister-in-law has accused the brother-in-law of raping her several times by threatening to kill her. The victim says that the brother-in-law has raped her several times by intimidating her. After the complaint of the victim, the police arrested the accused brother-in-law and he is being interrogated.

Police has arrested the accused Shoaib Saifi from Sector-63. Shoaib is a resident of Sector-63 of Chhijarsi. It is being told that on January 17, 2020, the victim's husband had passed away, after which Shoaib was continuously threatening his sister-in-law and threatening to kill her taking illegitimate advantage of being alone. The victim also protested many times, but due to the threat of brother-in-law, she remained silent. Taking advantage of this, the brother-in-law used to rape her frequently.

But, in the end, upset, the victim lodged her complaint in Noida's Phase-3, after which the police arrested Shoaib Saifi and sent him to jail. After recording the statement of the woman, a medical test has been done by the police, whose report is awaited. Further action will be taken after the report is received.
