Lucknow: Ayouth was brutally beaten up by his father and brother for just two mangoes in Jainpur village under Gulriha police station area of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. The youth who was injured in the beating succumbed to his injuries in the night. On the complaint of the youth's wife, the police initiated action to register a case. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.

Ramratan Nishad, a resident of Jainpur in the area, had a conversation with his father Mohit Nishad and brother Surendra Nishad about breaking mangoes on Sunday. It is being told that the father and brother together brutally thrashed Ramratan with sticks and sticks. According to Kiran, ramratan's wife, the mangoes were plucked from a common tree and distributed among themselves on Sunday. After this, around 5 pm, ramratan, the husband of kiran, broke the two mangoes left on the tree. There was a lot of abuse on both sides at first. Then father Mohit and brother Surendra together brutally beat Ramratan.  

The villagers also did not come to the rescue due to the threat of the accused during the beating. Without treatment, Ramratan groaned all night. He died at around five o'clock on Monday morning. Kiran informed the Gulriha police along with informing the parents about her husband's death. Police, who rushed to the spot, took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Inspector Gulriha Umesh Kumar Vajpeyi said that a case has been registered against the accused on kiran's complaint. Further action will be taken as soon as the cause of death is clear on the basis of the post-mortem report.
