BSE Names Kamala Kantharaj as Chief Regulatory Officer

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the country's premier stock exchange, has recently undergone significant changes in its leadership and key positions. 

In a recent announcement, BSE revealed the appointment of Kamala Kantharaj as the Chief Regulatory Officer, effective from July 1, 2023. This decision comes after Neeraj Kulshrestha's departure from the company.

Additionally, Khushro Bulsara has been appointed as the new Chief Risk Officer, also starting on July 1, 2023. Kantharaj, who previously held this position, will transition to her new role as the Chief Regulatory Officer.

Furthermore, Subhash Kelkar, the Chief Technology Officer, has been re-designated as the Chief Information Officer, effective from July 1, 2023. This change comes following the retirement of Kersi Tavadia from the post on June 30, 2023.

These strategic appointments and realignments within BSE reflect the company's commitment to ensuring a strong and capable leadership team as it moves forward.
