Srinagar: Pakistani Rangers have captured another Indian Army soldier. The 'Border Security Force' (BSF) jawan was patrolling in the Punjab sector. Meanwhile, he accidentally crossed the India-Pakistan border on Wednesday (December 7), after which the Pak Rangers caught him. While giving information about this on Thursday, the officials said that the Pak Rangers have not yet handed over the Indian Army personnel back. Although they are waiting for it.

Let us inform you that, this is the second incident in the month (December) of entering the Pakistan border during patrolling. Earlier on December 1, during patrolling on the Indo-Pak border, a jawan had entered the border of Pakistan. The same day Pakistan Rangers handed over the jawan back to BSF after a flag meeting. This jawan was patrolling on the 'zero line' near a post of the force located in the Abohar sector. Officials said that in the new case, the BSF jawan crossed the border on Wednesday morning due to low visibility due to extremely dense fog, after which Pak Rangers caught him.

A senior BSF officer has told, 'BSF and Pak Rangers are in touch with each other. Information is awaited in the case of the release of the jawan. Due to dense fog in the Abohar sector of Punjab, the jawan could not see the 'Zero Line', so he crossed it and entered the Pakistani border. Let us tell you that, smugglers sitting in Pakistan often smuggle weapons and drugs by taking advantage of the fog in the cold season. To prevent this, BSF personnel patrol the area. In winter, there is a lot of fog in the morning weather, due to which the jawans have to face a lot of problems in patrolling the entire area.
