Indore women became adept at fighting unarmed, BSF trainers taught tricks

Indore: The Border Security Force (STC), Indore, the topper in every field and competition, taught unarmed combat (UAC) to women on Saturday evening. First, let us give you information that in this mode it is taught how to fight unarmed and defend yourself. Women often need this mode in difficult times and keeping this in mind, this self-defence camp was organized. In organizing this self-defence camp, about 100 women participated and learned the method of fighting unarmed battles.

In this camp, BSF trainers taught all the women self-defence, attack, slamming, getting rid of the ban and many such tricks which could be of use to them and in times of trouble, they could fight without any weapon while saving themselves. The most special thing was that the members of the Adventure Women Group as well as the common women of the city participated in this camp. Shrestha Goel, president of the Adventures Women Group, said, "In this camp, we learned a lot that has increased our confidence level. Now we think we can protect ourselves if needed.''

At the same time, BSF's ToIC Saurabh said, "Whatever women have learnt in this camp, if they continue to practice it, then these disciplines can really prove to be important in protecting them. During this time, the BSF trainers thanked the women's group president Shrestha Goel for all the attacks and defence stakes they have been told about.
