Kutch: In Kutch district of Gujarat, BSF has seized two fishing boats. The boat belonged to fishermen from Pakistan. The BSF has seized it from the Harami Nala Creek area along the Indo-Pak border. After the recovery of these boats, BSF launched a search operation but no suspicious object has been found so far from the area including the boat.

An official said, when the BSF patrolling party was patrolling the area at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, two single-engined Pakistani fishing boats were spotted near Harami Nala. After the seizure of the boats, the BSF launched a thorough investigation operation in the area, but it did not find any suspects. This is not the first case when a Pakistani boat has been found like this. Pakistani fishing boats have been apprehended several times in the past.

In May this year, the Pakistani boat was intercepted by security forces at the same place. There is a 'Harami Nala' in the Sir Creek of Kutch, bordering the Indo-Pak border. The area, which is totally restricted to the common people, has an eight-km-long dangerous swamp. The water channel is spread over about 500 sq km. The threat of terrorist incidents across the country has increased after the Central Government abolished Section 370 in Kashmir.
