After Airtel, Jio and Vodafone-Idea, now the state-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited i.e. BSNL has extended the validity of prepaid plan till 5 May 2020 keeping in mind the lockdown. The company has also released a recharge helpline number for consumers so that they can easily recharge the mobile number.

BSNL increased validity
According to the company, the users whose accounts are about to expire during the lockdown, the company will increase the validity of their plans by 5 May 2020. With this, consumers will continue to receive incoming calls till 5 May. Apart from this, the company has also issued a toll-free number for recharge. Through this, consumers will be able to recharge the mobile number by making just one call. For this, they have to call 5670099.

Recharge number is available in these circles
BSNL's recharge number is currently active in North and West zones. This number will become active in South and East Zone on 22 April.

Recharge like this
As soon as consumers call this number, they will get two types of service. It consists of recharging from the first house and second with the help of loved ones. Under the first service, you can request a recharge for yourself, on the other hand, you can request a recharge from a friend or family member for the recharge.

Jio increased the validity of the plan until 3 May
Before BSNL, Jio had announced to increase the validity of prepaid plans. The company said that during the lockdown, consumers who are unable to recharge their mobile numbers will continue to receive incoming calls till 3 May. Also, the company had said that on April 20, some selected mobile outlets will also open.
