BSNL, the country's largest telecom company, has made a big change in its most popular Prepaid Plan of Rs 1,098 over a long time. BSNL was offering a recharge plan of Rs 1,098 since Jio's entry into India. The plan was one of BSNL's initial prepaid plans, comes with 84 days of validity to rival Reliance Jio's cheaper plans. This prepaid plan has now been modified. 

For your information, BSNL's prepaid plan of Rs 1,098 was far ahead of the rest of the operators as it was offering unlimited data. Now, the company has not only fixed the overall data limit but also reduced the plan's validity by 9 days. In fact, BSNL's prepaid plan of Rs 1,098 was so far offering voice calling and SMS to users for 84 days in addition to data benefits, now the validity has been reduced to 75 days.

In the past, BSNL has been changing the market in prepaid plans and now the Rs 1,098 plan has been updated. A data limit has now been set in this prepaid plan and its validity has also been reduced. The plan has now been validated for 75 days, during which users will get 375 GB of data. Earlier, the plan gave users the option to use unlimited data for 84 days. The change has been made in all circles across the country.In addition to data benefits, users get unlimited voice calling and 100 free SMS every day for 75 days across the country, including Delhi and Mumbai circles. Earlier, BSNL was disseminating it to the market as an unlimited data plan, not giving any fixed data limit. The company is still calling it an unlimited data plan, although the total data limit for 75 days is 375 GB. Of course, no daily limit has been set in this plan for users.
