Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been making significant moves in the market lately since the telco seems to be surrounded by troubles from all sides. As a method to increase the attractiveness of its plans, the telco is revising its STVs, prepaid recharges and introducing new plans and offers continuously. Now BSNL has revised a prepaid STV in order to offer double validity and more data to the subscribers. This move can be considered another measure from BSNL to compete with the affordable pricing of prepaid plans from Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and more.

According to the telecomtalk, BSNL has revised 2 STV plan, and the first of them is the STV 47. This STV used to offer unlimited local and STD calling to all circles except Mumbai and Delhi. This plan used to come with a validity of 11 days. BSNL has done an impressive update to this plan and made it attractive for its prepaid users. In the revised plan, BSNL is offering the same unlimited local and STD calling to the users, but along with this, the prepaid subscribers will also get 1GB data for the entire validity period. Also, the validity of this plan has been cut short by two days, and now the STV is valid for nine days.

Other than this, the BSNL Rs. 198 prepaid STV has now been revised to offer 108GB of data while the validity of the plan has been increased from 28 days to 54 days. While the BSNL Rs. 198 prepaid STV used to offer 1.5GB data per day and PRBT (personalized ring back tone) services with an after FUP speed of 40 Kbps, the prepaid STV now comes with 2GB daily data 54 days.
