BSNL Company Chairman and Managing Director Anupam Srivastava told the media that Nokia has been negotiating with 5G service and now they will tell about the needs according to its upcoming in India and after that, there will be a field test. It should start before the end of this year. This public sector company has started a discussion with Larsen and Toubro and HP for the necessary equipment for 5G services.

At the same time, Anupam Shrivastava also said to the media that the agreement is with only an expert partnership. There is no commercial aspect to it. They are in the early stages. After that, he said that the 5G network will be much larger than the network with Speed 4G and it will use its 4G and 3G network. 

Anupam said that BSNL has the longest optical fiber network of more than seven lakh kilometers in the country which can be used to provide high-speed data. Korean CEO Shayagan Kherapapir said that the company will share its expertise with BSNL in 5G.
