Lucknow: BSP supremo Mayawati has demanded a high-level judicial inquiry into student-police clashes at Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim University in the country's capital. In another tweet, Mayawati has written that in the violence against the new Citizenship Amendment Act, Aligarh and then Jamia University in Uttar Pradesh and also in the entire Jamia region, many innocent student became victim. It is very unfortunate. And the party is with the victims. Mayawati wrote that 'otherwise this fire can spread very badly across the country and especially in educational institutions. Also, it is also an appeal to all communities to maintain peace and order.
