Sudhir Kumar, the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) Chairman and senior IAS officer today has been arrested in his relation to question paper leak in BSSC exam. Parmeshwar Ram the BSSC Secretary is already in custody for his relation to the matter.

The exam has been canceled as the paper was leaked on February 8. The BSSC conducts the exam appointment of clerks in the state government. The first phase exam was held on February 5.

Earlier around 27 people have been arrested for having electronic devices which were meant to help the students.
