New Delhi [India], Feb 1 (NT): After the presentation of last-Budget before general polls PM Modi addressed the nation as saying the “budget will strengthen the hopes of 1.2 billion Indians”

Expressing his greetings to FM Modi said, ”I congratulate the Finance Minister for the decision regarding Minimum Support Price. I am sure it will help the farmers tremendously asserted PM Modi  ahead of Union Budget 2018.

Considering Agriculture and praising the operation green Modi said: “The farmers, Dalits, tribal communities will gain from this Budget”.

He added The Budget will bring new opportunities for rural India and Centre will consult with states on MSP.

“Our focus is on consolidating farmers' income” said PM Modi

He hailed the Jaitely ‘s Budgt 2018  as saying that this is “farmer friendly, common man friendly, business friendly and development friendly” said PM Modi

"From food processing to fiber optics, roads to shipping, youth to senior citizen, rural India to Ayushmaan Bharat, Digital India to Start Up India, this budget strengthens hopes and aspirations of crores of Indians," said PM Modi.

Modi’s  Bihari friend and CM Nitish Kumar also expressed his greetings to FM and Modi-led-Govt as saying,” A national health protection scheme to benefit 10 crore poor families announced, it is a huge initiative. I would like to congratulate the government”, said Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar
