Maharashtra: Nowadays, crime cases are increasing day by day. The case which has come up recently is from Buldhana district of Maharashtra. When the wife protested against her husband's illicit relationship in the case, the husband became angry and then he gave triple talaq to the wife. In this case, the woman said that the husband had angrily said, "I belong to not one, but 10 women". After saying this the husband gives triple talaq to his wife.
A case has been filed under the new law of triple talaq on the husband and his parents. Talking about the whole issue, Mohsin, who lived in Chikhali town of the district, was married one and a half years ago with the victim of Shegaon city. In the case, the victim said, "The husband had an illicit relationship with a woman. Even after explaining many times, he continued the relationship. '
The victim's husband also beat her on November 22. Later, the husband came to the victim's house and said, "I will belong to not one, ten women, I divorce you, and gave triple talaq.' He went out of the house saying this. On the complaint of the victim in this case, the husband and his parents have been booked under section 498, 323 of IPC and the Protection of Muslim Women Marriage Act.
