Lucknow: After breaking the illegal construction of Bahubali MLA Mukhtar Ansari's sons, now his brother and MPs are preparing to demolish wife's bungalow. The land on which the bungalow is built on Gata number 93 of Dalibagh has been declared a district administration evacuee property. On Tuesday, the Lucknow Development Authority has issued a notice to dismiss the approved mitigation map for this bungalow on the ownership of the land.

The LDA VC Shivakant issued notice as per Section 15 (9) of Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 and asked the building owner Farhat Ansari that the ownership of the land was not proper. So why not cancel the previously approved mitigation map. To answer this, there will be a time of 15 days for the building owner to either submit proper papers or the department concerned will demolish the illegal construction. LDA can cancel the consent of the map after receiving the reply. Then action will begin in the prescribed authority court against illegal construction.

The building owner will have 30 days to request against the order of cancellation of the map. Farhat Ansari himself is taking direct information from the LDA on the points related to this process. On the other hand, sources say that the process of breaking Farhat's bungalow can begin soon. Because the evacuee property is on government land. This land has to be evacuated. However, there is a lot of pressure on the officers politically regarding this issue. It will be mandatory to reply at the time fixed.
