For his next difficult choice, Korean actor Jung Hae In is the centre of attention. The Disney special "Connect," starring Jung Hae In, Go Kyung Pyo, and Kim Hye Joon, has enlisted the services of renowned Japanese filmmaker Miike Takashi.
The most recent information has been provided by the well-known Busan International Film Festival, or BIFF as it is more commonly known. One of the programmes chosen to be screened at the festival's TV series-focused "On Screen" segment is "Connect," it has been confirmed. On October 6 and 7, it will be performed in Busan as part of the festival.
The programme follows the life of a man named Dong Soo and was written by Nakamura Masaru and Heo Dam. He is a "Connect" who is abducted and is portrayed by Jung Hae In. He experiences terrible images as a result of having his eyes removed and placed onto a serial killer.
Jin Seop, a serial murderer who maintains two identities and prowls Seoul planning terrible killings, is portrayed by Go Kyung Pyo. A mysterious woman named Lee Rang will be embodied by Kim Hye Joon.
The programme has been renewed for a run of six episodes, each of which will last for 45 minutes and be produced by Studio Dragon. The programme will be broadcast internationally on Disney+ in its original form. 'Connect' is rumoured to have its global premiere in December, while no release date has been set in stone as of yet. It is anticipated that Jung Hae In would once again knock it out of the park with his superb acting, this time working with an established filmmaker making his Korean-language debut.
