Bus-trolley collision in Haryana's Bhiwani, 4 killed, dozens injured

Bhiwani: In a bizarre incident in Haryana,  4 people were killed and dozens were injured in a collision between a bus and a trolley near Jatu Lohari village on the Bhiwani-Hansi road on Thursday evening.

According to a police statement, a private bus had left for Hansi from Bhiwani with passengers. When the bus was trying to overtake a tractor-trolley near village Jatu Luhari on the way, the bus collided with the trolley. The incident was so tremendous that the bus broke into two parts. Four people have been dead in the accident. The injured were brought to the government hospital in Bhiwani where they are under treatment.

As soon as the information was received, Superintendent of police  Ajit Singh Shekhawat and Deputy Commissioner Jaibir Singh Arya Chaudhary reached Bansilal Hospital and inquired about the condition of the injured. Shekhawat said that the authorities are ensuring the proper treatment of those injured. He said, "Right now, our first priority is to provide proper medical care to the injured. We will soon conduct an investigation and the accused will be punished according to the law."
