Bhopal: Polling for by-elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar has begun at 7 am today. The list also includes Himachal Pradesh where voting has started from 8 pm. In Rajasthan and Bihar, bye-elections are being held in 2 assembly seats each, with bye-elections being held in 3 assemblies and 1 Lok Sabha seats each in Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
