The female advocate took the cab from Gurugram to the Delhi High Court and as she boarded it, the cab driver started making obscene gestures. ' In this case, the woman says, "The advocate called the police and lodged a written complaint and later the police arrested the accused." According to the information received, a case has been registered in this case under Tilak Marg police station under Section 506, 509 of Indian Penal Code.

However, this is not the first case, but a woman in the national capital, Delhi, tweeted this before alleging that 'a person in the Delhi Metro train molested her, after which the case was registered'. The woman claimed several tweets that 'On Wednesday night when she was returning to Gurgaon by metro train, a person did indecent act in front of her.
