Maida – 2 cups
Paneer – 200 g
Onion finely chopped – 1
Tomato puree – 2 tsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger, garlic, red chilli paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp 
Capsicum chopped – 2
Cumin whole – 1/2 tsp
Carrot chopped – 1
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Maiyanese – according to the need
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – as needed
Salt – to taste


Method of making roasted cheese roll- To make a roasted cheese roll, first of all take the cheese and mash it well. Now put a little oil in a pan and keep it to heat it on a medium flame. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it. When the cumin seeds start to crack, add finely chopped onions (save a little) and fry. Now add ginger-garlic-red chilli paste and mix it. Then add the tomato puree and curd and let it cook while running. Now add mashed paneer, garam masala and cumin powder to this mixture and mix and fry all the ingredients for some time.

After this, take another pan and add a little oil to it and heat it. After this, add the remaining onions, chopped capsicum, carrots and fry all of them with a curry. After this, add tomato sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder and fry on a low flame. Turn off the gas when the vegetables are lightly fried. Now take a pot and put flour in it. Add a pinch of salt from the top and knead the soft dough by adding a little water. Now make small doughs. Take a loave and take its thin bread bell. Now warm the frying pan. After this, put flour bread on the frying pan and bake well on both sides. Don't put oil in it. In the same way, make the bread of all the loaves.

After this, take a flour bread and put it on the frying pan and apply good oil on both sides. Remove the bread from the pan and put it in a plate. Now put mayonnaise and tomato sauce in it first. Then add the roasted cheese mixture from the top and then add the fried vegetables and prepare the roll. Your flavored roasted cheese roll is ready. Make all the rolls in this way.
