Shimla: Candidates who fill nomination papers will not be able to withdraw their names to contest elections in the state. Leaders who are standing in the election ground of Yukan will not be able to put a picture of big leaders of any party for campaigning. In any serious case, if the leaders involved in the election are fighting the election, then they will have to compete online from September 1 to 10.

Such leaders will not be allowed to fight the election of the organization. It is necessary to be below 35 years of age to fight election of Yukan. This time the state, city and block president of the Youth Congress will become the one who will make the most members of the organization. For this, Yukan leaders have been given code numbers. Members will also vote online as well. Members of the UK will also be made online. For this, membership in the portal of All India Youth Congress has to be taken. A membership fee of Rs 50 will have to be paid to become a member of the UK.

Also, members will have to upload their Aadhar card number, PAN card, driving license or copy of election identity card. So that it can be informed that the fake members of the organization have not been created. Members of the Yukan can be made only till September 15. Nominations can be filled by August 31 to contest elections. If a candidate contesting election of Youth Congress will put a photo of any party leader with his photo in the portal while campaigning, then his election will be banned from fighting. With this, many changes can be made.
