How to make cardamom tea - Put 4 cups of water in a pot, let it boil. Remove the cardamom peel and grind the seeds finely to make a powder. Now put 1 tbsp cardamom powder in boiling water and reduce the flame and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then turn off the gas and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes. Then strain it in the cup. Now add honey or a little sugar to it and drink it.
