The country's largest government job is IAS:-
Being IAS is not easy. It is the largest government job in the country. IAS officer is an influential person. This officer guides all departments on how to work in which department. All secretaries of the central government are IAS officers. Only an IAS officer, implements government policies in all departments. IAS officer is appointed by the President. Therefore, these officers are also called gazetted officers. An IAS officer can be suspended by the state government, but only the President has the power to dismiss him.

Here is educational qualification:-
In order to become an IAS officer, it is very important for a student to graduate from any stream. Even if it is science, commerce or arts stream. A general class student can take the IAS exam 6 times at any time from 21 to 32 years. OBC students can take these exams 9 times at any time from 21 to 35 years. Similarly, students in SC and ST categories can appear for the IAS exam whenever they want from the age of 21 to 37 years. It is very important for a student to be a citizen of India, Nepal or Bhutan to appear for these examinations. Students have to take 3 exams to become IAS. The first is the preliminary exam, the second is the main exam and the third is the section interview.
