Ingredients for making Raw Mango and Mint Chutney-

Raw mango-3 -4
Coriander leaves - 2 cups (thinly chopped)
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Black salt - tsp
Green chili - 4-5
salt - as per taste

How to make Raw Mango and Mint Chutney- First of all, to make Mint and Raw Mango Chutney, first wash and peel the mango thoroughly and then cut it into small pieces. After that wash green chili, green coriander, mint thoroughly with water. Now after this put mango pieces, green chili, green coriander, mint in the mixer. After that put roasted cumin, black salt, plain salt and asafoetida on top. Now add half a cup of water to it and stir the mixer. Keep in mind that it has to be grinded finely. So take your sour-sour chutney of raw mango is ready. Now take out this chutney in a bowl and if you want, you can eat this chutney with lentils, rice, samosas, kachoris, pakodas.
