New Delhi: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police had summoned Neera Radia and her sister Karuna Menon for questioning in connection with the Rs 300 crore fraud case. In the cheating case, three accused were arrested after raids on October 14. He was questioned on October 27. Police sources said Neera Radia was questioned by EOW on October 27, which lasted for about 4 hours. Neera was asked 45 questions during this time, to which she gave a befitting reply.

In fact, three accused Yatish Puraskar, Satish Kumar Narula and Rahul Singh Yadav were arrested by the police in connection with the cheating case in the name of construction of a hospital in Gurugram. Neera Radia's name was revealed after questioning her. According to economic crime branch officials, Dr Rajiv Kumar Sharma had accused Narayani Investment Pvt Ltd and its affiliate Natyi Health Care and Research NCR Pvt Ltd of cheating them of Rs 300 crore. A complaint was lodged against the directors of the company including Neera Radia, his sister Karuna Menon, Yatish Sabarat and Satish Kumar Narula.

According to the FIR, the company was earlier known as OSL Healthcare involved in building a hospital in Gurugram and had 49 percent shares in the company. The company had then taken a loan of Rs 300 crore from Yes Bank to complete the hospital. But this money was never used to build a hospital.
