Nashik: A case has been filed against AIMIM MLA Maulana Mufti Mohammed and his supporters for beating a medical officer. According to police, on Wednesday, the MLA beaten a medical officer of the General Hospital of Malegaon, after which a case has been registered.

A police officer said that around 8 pm, MLA from Malegaon Central reached the hospital with his supporters and started abusing the staff. After this, he was the Medical Officer, Dr. The teenager barges into Dange's cabin and starts shouting at them. The MLA and his supporters then threaten and beat Dr. Kishore. After this incident, the doctors, nurses, ward boys and other staff of the hospital have sat on the dharna.

They say that unless strict action is taken against the accused, they will not end their protest. After this, Dr. Dange has lodged a complaint with Malegaon Central Police Station. After which a case has been registered against MLA and his supporters under sections 353, 332, 342, 341, 504 and 506. Police say that further action will be taken after investigation.
