Entertainment stars are often very active on social media to stay connected with their fans. Because of this, they also face many problems. Meanwhile, some stars made a mistake that has now put 38 stars in trouble. In fact, these stars have been booked in a 2-year-old case.

In 2019, a shocking case was reported in Hyderabad in which a girl was gang-raped and burnt alive by 4 persons. The news had created a stir across the country. People had expressed their anger through social media over the matter. Apart from the common people, many film stars had also expressed their displeasure and grief in the matter. Some of the stars had revealed the identity of the victim.

Now 38 stars including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Anupam Kher, Rakulpreet Singh, and Farhan Akhtar have been booked for bringing out the identity of the victim. In fact, it is a legal offense to reveal the name, photograph, or actual identity of any rape victim. Delhi advocate Gaurav Gulati has now filed a case under Section 228A of the IPC at Sabzi Mandi police station against the stars and filed a Tis Hazari court petition. Gaurav Gulati has said in his complaint that these stars should be an example for the general public, but instead, they are themselves breaking the rules and revealing the identity of the rape victim.
