Muzaffarpur: A complaint has been filed against Baba in a Bihar court on Wednesday amid the ongoing tussle between yoga guru Baba Ramdev and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has filed a complaint in the chief judicial magistrate's court in Muzaffarpur district of the state.

In the complaint, he has accused Baba Ramdev, convener of Patanjali University and Research Institute, of making fun of the death of doctors from Corona on May 21 by calling allopathy medical science 'stupid' on various TV channels. The complaint letter said the yoga guru has also mocked the vaccination campaign to prevent corona infection. It has also worked to promote the confusion among people about vaccination. In Muzaffarpur CJM court, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has accused Baba Ramdev of selling his products among the people by spreading confusion in the country during the Corona period.

He said that a large number of doctors and health workers have died during the Corona period, even after Ramdev Baba's rhetoric against allopathy doctors and staff. Therefore, he has been booked under 3,6(2)(I) Section 54 of the Epidemic Act and the Disaster Management Act, 2005 as well as 268, A complaint has been filed under IPC 153A,186, 188, 269, 270, 336, 420, 499, 336, 420, 499, 124B,500, 505/11, which the court accepted and fixed June 7 as the next date of hearing.
